This service includes dealing and resolving any issues which may arise within the property including repairs and maintenance. The process is that we gather quotations for labour, materials, and items for you to approve and once approved, we will ensure the smooth running and completion of the work carried out as well as arrange access to the property and receive delivery of goods.

We also arrange the yearly gas inspection to be carried out and take over all other responsibilities which the landlord would usually take care of.
