Our lettings service is simple, we charge a one-off fee to find suitable tenants. We do not charge renewal fees and there are no other hidden costs.

We simply list your property on Zoopla, Primelocation and Gumtree once we have taken photographs and a description. 

We take care of the process from start to finish and if the tenants decide to go ahead, we check their references and affordability thoroughly and once they have satisfied our criteria, we arrange for them to move into the property. 

We register the holding deposit with the Deposit Protection Scheme and we can also arrange for the EPC and Gas Safety Inspection to be carried out as well as provide the tenants with all the documents that are required by law such as the How to Rent Guide and a copy of the holding deposit certificate.
